The real difference between SMS and the other imaging providers is the experience, commitment, longevity, and quality of the staff.  This is shown from the top down, with the SMS executive team holding a combined average of 17 years of experience with SMS and the SMS Regional Operations Managers holding a combined average of 10 years with Shared Medical Services.
